1) Ensure the certificate number is entered correctly. Letters are case-sensitive, so please make sure that certificate number is entered exactly as provided in the certificate.

2) In some cases, failure to get query results does not mean that the certificate does not exist. In some exceptional cases, the client details are not published without the approval of clients due to security reasons. Write to enquiry.relton@gmail.com in such cases to know certificate validity.
