ISO AWARENESS TRAININGS

What are Awareness Trainings:

Awareness trainings are intended to educate the delegates about a particular subject. These trainings touch the core-aspects  of the subject so as to provide a basic to medium understanding.

Importance of Awareness Training

Involvement and participation of all employees is one of the core-requirements of a successful Management System. Without it, there is no guarantee that a implemented system will deliver its true results and benefits. Managerial staff often easily understands the methodology and principles of a Management System Standard (MSS). But majority of staff are from lower levels of an organization and it is them who actually carryout the process. Unfortunately, due to their education background, it could be difficult to make them understand full functionality of a MSS.

Hence, at Relton Quality Services, We have designed various training modules to suit the requirements of non-managerial staff. These trainings can range from 2 hours to a full day session. Also, upon request from an organization, we can tailor make the training slides to suit the actual process in which they are involved.
