RQS's 5 days training course on 'EMS Lead Auditor ISO-14001:2015' is designed to impart the knowledge and skills required to perform third party audit of Environment Management System ISO-14001:2014, in compliance to the audit guidance of ISO-19011. Experienced auditors from RQS will add suitable case studies and role-plays to make sure that each delegate becomes confident in performing his duties. The skills acquired can also be used for first and third party audits.

Pre-requisite requirements for delegates:

​

The delegates interested in attending this 5 days course are expected to have adequate knowledge of EMS standard clauses and their correlation to minimize the environmental impact. It is desirable if the delegate have fair participation in EMS audits.

Please note that if the delegates have insufficient awareness, this knowledge gap might not be fulfilled during the course and hence the objective of the training might not be completed by the delegates successfully. • Describe concept of EMS and its underlying methodology. Correlate the interrelationship of EMS with other management standards.

• Describe the various clauses of ISO-14001:2015 along with understanding of their proper application.

• Understand how to establish environmental aspects and analyzing the risk/opportunity.

• Explain the importance and role of a good auditor and his team.

• Explain what skills a competent auditor should have and shouldn't have.

• Know the audit methodology and approach as per the ISO-19011.

• Learn the skills of negotiation and nice presentation in-front of higher management.

• Know about post audit follow-up and verifying the effectiveness of corrective action.

• Learn overall ideas and techniques to provide value added benefit to the client organization.
